Audiologist / Hearing aid dispenser

Location: Derby, Derbyshire

Salary: £38K - £45K + annual bonus

As a qualified Audiologist for a leading retailer, you will be a good communicator who is focussed on patient care and has a passion for providing audiological services to customers.

You will be based in store and work for a global retailer that values commercial acumen as well as a high level of clinical skills.

Duties:



* Provide audiological assessments and treatments for patients


* Work with diagnostic audiometry equipment for assessments


* Use the patient management system to maintain records


* Work independently to manage the in-store audiological service


* Support customers and provide a high level of care


* Work weekend shifts


Requirements:



* Previous experience in a similar role


* Experience in a private hearing aid sales environment


* HCPC registration as a hearing aid dispenser / audiologist


* Dedication to providing excellent customer service


* Familiarity with a wide range of premium hearing aid technology from various manufacturers


* Must derive satisfaction from autonomy in the management role
