Position: M&E Coordinators & Building Services Coordinators
Locations: Cork - Limerick - Dublin

At Elk Recruitment we are always on the lookout for skilled M&E Coordinators & Building Services Coordinators of all levels to work with our prestigious clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the Coordination process & Services Coordination teams of all Building Services


• Ensuring that all MEP works are delivered, installed, and commissioned in line with Project Programme and to the highest level of safety.


• Work collaboratively with the Project, Design Team, and MEP subcontractors.


• Assisting the Project Manager and Engineers on site in all work relating to the safe and timely completion of the projects.


• Working alongside the team to inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan.


• Attending weekly and monthly Project meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Third level Qualification in Building Services, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or the equivalent.
  
  


• Minimum 1+ years' experience in a similar role.


• Previous experience working for a Main Contractor in Ireland or UK.


• Excellent IT skills
