Hours:                  Nightshift 10pm onwards

My client is an award-winning butchery business who have a fantastic reputation for delivering some of the best meat products to the food industry.

They are seeking a Butcher Production Manager to join their team for the night shifts.

The successful Butcher Production Manager will be responsible for whole animal butchery, ensuring food wate is kept to a minimum, coaching junior members of the team and financial accountability.

The Ideal Butcher Production Manager Candidate:

• Must have proven butchery experience with strong knowledge of all animals.
• Have strong cutting skills.

• Be ambitious and driven to succeed.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
