Software Team Leader

£65,000 - Cowes, Isle of Wight, based 3 of 5 days per week - 10% Bonus - Globally recognised employer

Within this role you will be:

• Leading a team of software developers & will be responsible for all deliverables


• Planning, scheduling, assigning and reviewing the team's work


• Design of technical solutions with subsequent software development and testing


• Liaising with multiple stakeholders

Ideal experience:

• Experience in Software development lifecycle processes and tools (UML design tools, software IDEs)


• Experience with C, or C++, with real time software


• Object-oriented design/development including UML, SysML or XML


• Project planning and reporting
