Plant Field Service Engineer - Essex

Job Role:
As a Heavy Plant Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of heavy plant machinery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of heavy plant equipment.
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborating with the service team to schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks.
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
Documenting all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Engineer or in a similar field.
Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in heavy machinery.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering (NVQ, City & Guilds, etc.).
