Operations Executive (Marketing / Media agency)

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Salary: Base £28k - £32k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Permanent, Monday - Friday

Our client is a progressive London-based media agency partnering with UK and international brands.

They are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to support in diverse duties, driving growth strategy and innovation.

Duties:



* Lead project coordination


* Manage stakeholder relationships.


* Coordinate marketing campaigns


* Communicate campaign status.


* Fulfil ad hoc requests.


* Handle purchases and administration


* Support Founders in exploring opportunities.


* Establish basic administrative systems.


The ideal candidate will have:



* Minimum 3 years experience working as an Operations Executive or in a similar role within a client-focused setting


* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


* Proficiency in MS Office (Office 365)


* Effective time-management


* Professional telephone manner


* Attention to detail and accuracy
