Responsibilities - Band 5 Substance Misuse Nurse:

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical assessments and treatments to substance-dependent prisoners.
• Forge partnerships with HM Prison Services and various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
• Exhibit leadership traits, upholding impeccable standards of nursing care and interventions.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our clients.
• Participate in inter-professional and multidisciplinary working, to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage sensitive information empathically, this includes sharing and discussing a patient’s changing condition or needs with other relevant professionals.

• Registered Nurse credentials with a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care.

• Ability and knowledge to carry out risk assessments and management.
