As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be accountable for a new high volume, multi-outlet operation in Central London.

The ideal candidate will come from a stylish and chic background with experience in RESTAURANTS & BARS, (THIS IS ESSENTIAL), nightlife and bar operations – HIGH END SERVICE
