Things you will be doing as a Director of Food and Beverage:



  • Oversee the Food and Beverage department and ensure efficient and effective operation.

  • Collaborate with the Culinary Team

  • Track and control all F & B Operations

  • Review, design, and present improvements for the operations

  • Ensure the department heads run effective, efficient, and overall exceptional departments.

  • Ensure all aspects of the P & L are well managed.

  • Conduct audit checks on departmental operations.

  • Ensure that all associates adhere to brand standards.

  • Develop and grow the F & B reputation of the hotel.

  • Review and advise on market forces within the local market.

  • Monitor trends within the industry.

  • Display an innovative and proactive approach to drive business strategies.


You'll be a great fit if you have:



  • If you are in a Director of Food & Beverage role within the luxury hotel sector

  • International experience

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Highly adaptable with the ability to lead and direct changes.

  • Ability to articulate strategic plans.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
