I am looking for an experienced Product Specialist to join a busy Sales department in a prestige main dealership based in liverpool.
The Product Specialist role comes with a competitive salary of [salary £23,205] and an excellent benefits package.
Hours: MON-FRI 8:30-6:00
           SAT- 9:00-5:00
           SUN- 11:00-4:00
Role and Responsibilities as a Product Specialist:

- Providing customers with specific and relevant information about new and used cars, accessories and merchandise
- Planning and performing product presentations to customers on new and used cars
- Supporting the planning, managing and delivery of test drives
- Offering additional product insight to both sales and aftersales customers
- Managing retailer product display and accessory merchandising
- Planning, managing and delivering customer handovers for new and used cars

 
Minimum Requirements for Product Specialist:

- Dynamic and self-motivated with experience in a customer-centric role
- Have a passion for cars and desire to succeed within the Automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident speaking to customers over the phone and face to face
