Call Centre Operator/Parts Advisor - £25000 - £30000 OTE – Automotive Call Centre – Bristol 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Operator/Parts Advisor to join the busy Automotive Call Centre at a fantastic Parts Hub in Bristol 
The Call Centre Operator/ Parts Advisor role comes with a competitive salary of up to £25,000 with a £30,000 OTE and fantastic opportunities for progression.

Call Centre Operator/Parts Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

• Check goods in against delivery note and ensure goods are undamaged before accepting delivery.
• Locate within the appropriate storage area promptly.
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing and estimating.
• Monitor parts stock level and measure stock return.
• Confirm & ensure inventory system is accurate by using computer listing for spot checks.
• Keep obsolete stock to a minimum.
• Be aware of current business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service.
• Provide technical & logistical assistance as well as handling all customer requests

 Minimum Requirements for Call Centre Operator/Parts Advisor:

- (Must be in Parts distribution or Automotive Logistics).
- You will have demonstrable parts experience along with computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet.
- Working in this critical customer facing role, Call Centre Operative/Parts Advisors are key to all National Parts Hubs
- First point of contact for customers over the telephone so it’s vital they provide a welcoming experience. 
- A high level of service and parts expertise
