Beverage Manager – Premium Casual Restaurant

Central London

£42,000 to £45,000 plus Bonus

The Role:

The dream role, you will have full autonomy over what this restaurant offers across all beverages.

You will train and develop your team of 10 over two bars.

You will write the menus, liaise with suppliers and really embed yourself in the culture and offer of this restaurant.

You will pull a shift when its busy and still enjoy being on the bar but have a much deeper involvement in the success of the bar and will act as a head of a department for the restaurant.Strong communications skills and work well in relation to the floor team.

You will be responsible for all stock, involved in P&L reviews and write all rotas for your team.

Lots of potential for events which you will be actively involved in!

Who will you be?

• You will be in a management position in a well-regarded business with stability and progress shown throughout your CV.
• Strong bar experience in a high energy restaurant setting.
• Passionate about Israeli produce would be a bonus!
• Passionate about product and beverage
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experienced in 360 management of bar.
• Demonstrate successful training and development throughout your CV.
• Love to work a service.
