Job Title: Director of Marketing

With their vision and passion to create hotels with an entrepreneurial and contemporary hospitality mindset, they have already achieved opening their market in other European countries.

With so many exciting events, they are now looking for a Marketing Director to lead their marketing team.

As a Marketing Director you will be a strategic leader with strong operational and hands-on focus responsible for all the organization's marketing and branding activities, internal and external communications, PR, Website development, social media, optimization and automation.

The role:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
• Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
• Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
• Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnership.

 This is you:

• 6-10 years of relevant work experience of which at least 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Previous experience in hotel/hospitality industry and/or lifestyle brands
• Excellent leadership and organizing skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Up to date on the latest trends
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
• Proficiency in English is necessary, Dutch is a plus
