Mechanical Team Leader Role Highlights:

Mechanical Team Leader Qualifications and Skills:

• 🔍 Experience Matters: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a valve manufacturing environment, with preference given to those with Valve & Test Control experience.


• 🛠️ Multiskilled: Knowledge of and competence in two or more production areas.


• 📢 Effective Communication: Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, including delivering Toolbox training to groups.
