Property Administrator - Battersea - £23,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience
Dove and Hawk are excited to be working with a small boutique agency specialising in high quality residential property..
They are looking for a pro-active, well organised and personable office assistant to join our friendly team based at our riverside office in Battersea.
Their ideal candidate will have great communication, a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and an interest in Property.
- Assisting with managing our property portfolio,
- Liaising with tenants and clients,
- Assisting to organise new tenancies, check-ins, check-outs, right to rent checks, tenant referencing, organising safety certification and general remedial works, drawing up tenancy agreements, organising inventories and cleaning,
- Dealing with tenant deposits, transferring utilities, tenancy administration,
- creating sales and lettings particulars,
- Organising brochures for printing,
- Keeping the office tidy,
- answering the phone and taking messages and general administration,
- Organising office supplies and delivering letters etc.
- Two years' experience in an administrative role is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- The candidate should be well presented, organised, articulate and driven.
- Proactive and positive approach
- Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 d.o.e
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 6pm
