The role of Forge Production Operator :

• Ensure hourly and daily forge production quantities achieved.


• Operate Forge Production Machinery to a high standard


• Immediate escalation of issues impacting forge production to Forge Supervisor or delegate.


• Involvement in productivity workshops to improve efficiency and reduce costs.


• Ensure forge production output is respecting all quality and technical requirements.


• Involvement in immediate countermeasures and corrective actions for all notified quality defects or customer incidents.

Keen to speak Forge Production Operatives :

• Working in heavy engineering /forge industry.


• Used to working with job processes and instructions.


• Flt/Overhead Crane trained.


• Aerospace Industry experience.

The Offer for the role of Forge Production Operative :

• Salary £45000 to £50000 per Annum.


• Shift Work.


• 5% bonus performance and company profit related per year.


• Permanent Positions.
