Corporate Receptionist - Immediate Start

  • Corporate Receptionist / Front of House

  • Up to £16 per hour

  • 3 week holiday cover starting immediately

  • Role based in London - within walking distance of Covent Garden Tube Station

  • Immediate Start required

Experienced Receptionist / Front of House is required for a Global Pharmaceutical company based in London.

This role has an immediate start and will be for a 3 week holiday cover.

Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, in the office the full 5 days per week

Reception duties will include:-

  • Greet and welcome guests

  • Answering the phone in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary

  • Ensure reception area is kept tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and material available (e.g.

    pens, forms, brochures etc)

  • Prepare meeting and training rooms prior to use and after use

  • Deal with couriers and external vendors queries

  • Organise off-site meeting room bookings as required

  • Receive and send out daily mail/deliveries, including distribution as necessary

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor log book, issue visitor badges, update visitor book)

  • Update calendar and organise internal and external meetings

  • Arrange travel and accommodation as required

Skills and experience required:-

  • Previous experience working within a similar Reception / Front of House role is essential

  • Ideally from a corporate reception background

  • Be able to travel comfortably to Holborn or Covent Garden Tube Stations

  • Must be available to start immediately and happy to work on-site 5 days per week
