Maintenance/Production Engineer

As a Maintenance/Production Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of our clients factory equipment through the implementation of our TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program.

From planned maintenance to process improvements, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact in their operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting scheduled maintenance and repairs


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements


• Planning and executing the installation of new machinery


• Maintaining a safety-first mindset and upholding safety standards


• Diagnosing faults, conducting repairs, and testing equipment functionality

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Solid electro-mechanical background


• Deep commitment to safety protocols


• Excellent communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TPM software


• Expertise in planning and executing scheduled maintenance


• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems


• Quick and effective fault diagnosis


• Proficient in repairing equipment and testing repairs

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with PLC programming, specifically Mitsubishi Fx


• 18th Edition electrical installation knowledge


• Understanding of Lean methodologies like 5S and SMED


• Knowledge of visual factory principles

This position is a day shift - 0800 - 1600, with potential to cover out of hours call out.

The successful candidate will be able to show flexibility to cover additional shifts , dependant on business needs.
