The General Manager Role:

• There is a huge emphasis on people and creating a sense of community within this brand – you must be open, inclusive and lead from the front.
• You will be organised financially, commercially aware, and have a creative sales approach! Think ‘how do we hit our numbers and stand out from the crowd?’
• Leadership of your team, including their development and really creating a strong people culture within your site that embodies the brand and instils the core values.
• You don’t have to be an eco-warrior – but an interest in sustainability and keeping the planet clean is essential.
