Conveyancing Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity with a leading firm that is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy and friendly team.

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be supporting the Conveyancing Fee Earners with a range of tasks, such as:

- Opening and closing files
- Preparing contracts and other documents
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents
- Conducting searches and enquiries
- Dealing with post-completion matters

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process and terminology
- Good IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
