New Build Conveyancer

Regional, well-established law firm looking to recruit a New Build Conveyancer into their Property team.

Our client is a progressive, forward-thinking practice and that offers a supportive working environment and excellent career progression opportunities.

Within this New Build Conveyancer role, your main responsibilities may include:

• Managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to conclusion including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions


• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders


• Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work


• Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets

The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced New Build Conveyancer who can work across a varied spectrum of Residential Property matters and has previously managed their own caseload.

They will display excellent time management and organisational skills, ensure that client's needs are catered for, can prioritise their tasks effectively and works well in a team.
