My client are a well-known Manufacturer constantly innovating to bring high performance, ground-breaking technology to customers.

As a Customer Service Handler, you will sustain the highest level of customer service to the client base ensuring that the organisation understands and satisfies its customer's requirements alongside supporting all levels of sales and marketing activity.


* Effectively manage a specific customer base to ensure that the highest levels of service are offered and greatest efficiencies met

* Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers

* Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

* Using promotional activities to increase the sales value of orders (upselling)

* Anticipate any service issues and react promptly to ensure customer KPI's are met

* Liaise between production and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries and production

* Ensure that the external sales team are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts

* Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion

* Monitor, process and follow up on any credits that are raised on the account by the customer

* Work with transport companies booking collections and processing delivery paperwork for customers

*Must be PC literate with a good level of understanding MS Office & Businesses Operating Systems
