Salary - £40,000 - 45,000 DOE

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for an established FMCG manufacturer based on the outskirts of Plymouth.

 Reporting in to the Supply Chain Director, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for a team of c20 staff.

This is a day based role Monday to Friday
Within this role the Warehouse Manager will be fully responsible for the Raw material warehouse and Finished goods warehouse.

 You will be responsible for making decisions concerning management of personnel, raw materials, finished goods and their quality.

As well as cost control, personal safety and customer service.

 You will be used to managing people, managing and delivering KPI's and strong health and safety across the site
 
Warehouse Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
·Ensure all staff are FLT trained and undertake refresher training.


·Makes sure all staff are trained and competency checked against SOP's.

 Maintain training records.


·Looks after new members of staff and integrates them into the team.


·Carry out Personal Development Reviews.


·Makes sure all staff behave safely and lead by example.


·Manages holiday and maintains holiday records.


·Creation and management of warehouse Standard Operating Procedures.


 
 
Warehouse Manager Skills/ Experience Required:
·Fully conversant with all aspects of warehouse management and control.


·Comfortable with best practice stock control practices and measures i.e.

Kanban's and 5s.
