Workshop Manager

Job Title – Workshop Manager
Industry – Automotive & Transport
Salary - £46,000 per annum
Location – Stockport 
 
I am currently working with a nationwide Bus operator in the Stockport area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a qualified a Workshop Manager.
 
Requirements for Workshop Manager:

- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager is essential
- Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Car driving licence is essential, PSV licence is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective team management skills

 
Workshop Manager Duties:

- Deliver high standards of customer service
- Set and ensure KPIs are met by the engineering team
- Assist with the training of apprentices as well as new and existing members of staff
- Oversee preventative maintenance
- Ensure Health & Safety is always being adhered to
