Senior Fabrication Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fabrication Supervisor on a permanent basis working 4 days Monday to Thursday with regular overtime available.

• Salary: £39,520 (OTE £46,432)


• Working 4 Days Monday to Thursday


• Regular over time available

Senior Fabrication Supervisor Role/Requirements:

• Supervising a team of over 30 welders with a team leader structure under this


• Ensure that the groups Health and Safety policy is adhered to, maintaining high personal standards


• That Quality is standard are set and that all required inspection and test records are completed and signed off.


• Organise and control the work within the department in accordance with the production plan


• Monitoring ongoing production and ensuring that work is completed within the allocated time.


• Ensure that all the team members have the adequate training and look to see where further training is required


• Attending production meetings as required


• Assisting the factory manager in maintaining any necessary overtime required to meet deadlines

Experience of the Senior Fabrication Supervisor:

• Supervisory experience within an engineering/fabrication environment is essential


• Sets high standards.


• A formal H&S Qualification (IoSH)


• Strong communication skills on all levels


• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy


• Ensures deadlines are met whilst working under pressure

Ideally the Senior Fabrication Supervisor will have previous experience working within the offshore/structural/Cabin industry.
