ServiceNow Developer

An award-winning organisation are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team.

This is a hybrid role, where you will be working from their West Midlands office, at least 2/3 days per week.

As a ServiceNow Developer you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into customized ServiceNow solutions.

Your main responsibilities shall include:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure the reliability and performance of ServiceNow.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.

To apply for this role, it would be ideal to possess the following:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow platform components.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

This is a contract role, with the length of the project, yet to be finalised.  Excellent market rates available.
