Sought is a skilled Senior Associate Patent Attorney whose area of expertise lies in the software/physics/hi-tech space based in either London, Oxford or Cambridge.


Candidate expectations for this superb opportunity are that you'll be a high calibre Senior Associate Patent Attorney who is commercially astute with excellent business development skills.

You'll ideally be dual qualified with upwards of 3 years PQE.

Those who want their voices heard, champion change and have a ‘roll your sleeves up' attitude will suit this opportunity best.

The team is ‘small but mighty' and you'll be expected to delve straight into an impressive caseload of predominantly direct client work consisting of start-ups, SMEs and much larger businesses.

Your excellent IP advice will be required as you see through the whole Patent process from prosecution through to contentious matters, thinking about strategy the whole way through!


As a talented software/AI and/or electronic inventions specialist, you'll seamlessly manage your own impressive clients and portfolios.

Other key duties include drafting, filing, due diligence, FTO and patentability matters, prosecution and contentious work too.

Complementing the flourishing team and other legal arms of the practice, your career will thrive as you work cohesively to deliver an outstanding IP strategy.

Your strong interpersonal skills, positive outlook and pragmatism will prove pivotal as you develop and build on deep and trusting partnerships with clients and colleagues alike.
