Social Workers Duty & Assessment

A Local Authority is looking for Social Workers for their Duty & Assessment team in Northamptonshire.

This position is a full-time and permanent.

The ideal Social Workers will have post qualification experience in Children's Social Work. This is a great chance to become an integral part of an exciting future as they aspiring to be "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Social Worker:

  • Managing a caseload

  • Working with Children & Young People post referral

  • Collaboration with multiple teams

  • Reporting to the Team Manager

Requirements for you as the Social Worker:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)

  • Registered with Social Work England

  • Post qualification experience in Children's Social Work

  • An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary Scale: £36,080 + £39,162 benefits
