Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care and support to patients with mental health conditions.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Conduct assessments and create individualised care plans for patients.


• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.


• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.


• Offer emotional support and therapeutic interventions to patients and their families.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Valid and current registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the NMC


• Proven experience in a mental health nursing role.


• A genuine passion for mental health care and a patient-centered approach.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
