The role will be based within a private service in Chelmsford where treatment for varying mental health illnesses is provided.


Responsibilities



  • Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalised care plans.

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitoring patients' mental health progress and documenting observations.

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Offering emotional support and counselling to patients and their families.

  • Participating in group therapy sessions and mental health education initiatives.

  • Implementing and promoting safety protocols within the Service.

  • Valid NMC pin with specialisation in Mental Health Nursing.
