Dental Field Engineer

Are you an experienced Dental Field Engineer? My client, a major player in the dental equipment manufacturing sector are looking for a Dental Field Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing dental equipment at their clients offices and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to dental offices and hospitals to service, repair, and install dental equipment including chairs, X-ray machines, compressors, suction units, autoclaves, etc.


• Maintain a stocked van with necessary parts and tools to perform repairs and maintenance in the field.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  
  Perform preventative maintenance.


• Complete documentation on all installations, service calls, and repairs.


• Assist with new equipment testing, configuration, and integration.


• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.


• Support other engineers and work cross-functionally with operations and sales teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dental equipment technician or field service engineer.


• Knowledge of common dental equipment, technology, and systems.


• Proficiency with required tools and ability to follow technical manuals/diagrams.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.


• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
