As a Programme Manager within E3 Recruitment's client's team, your core responsibilities will encompass:




  • Leading the delivery of projects in a safe manner, aligning with specified functional criteria, goals, and objectives.

    This includes compliance with relevant legislation, Project Procedures, and adherence to the approved project baseline covering scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

  • Serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders, leading internal and external reviews and meetings.

  • Ensuring the maintenance of the project schedule and associated risk register.

  • Developing and nurturing effective stakeholder relationships.

  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings or additional scope activities.

  • Maintaining business and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Business Systems (SAP).

  • A bachelor's degree.

    Mechanical engineering or Business Equivalent

  • Strong programme management skills, proven experience in delivering complex long duration manufacturing projects is essential

  • Qualifications from a recognised body (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM, PMI).

  • Previous experience within a Manufacturing or Engineering Environment that manufacturing parts

  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft packages including Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships

  • Tenacious

  • Ability to multitask with good time management skills
