Senior Contracts Manager

Hours - 37.5
Rate £28-£34 PAYE Per hour (Paid Weekly by an umbrella company)

- Support the Head of Contract Management & SRM in developing, implementing and maintaining Contract Management process, policy and procedure to ensure that Contract Management assures delivery of contracted benefits.

-Support the delivery of Contract Management strategies and plans for assigned suppliers to deliver NWL PS strategy and corporate objectives.

-Responsible for continued performance of Contract Management-related Service Level Agreement KPIs and internal NWL PS performance improvement metric targets for assigned suppliers.

-Responsible for representing NWL Members in raising issues to NHS Supply Chain.

-Lead periodic contract reviews, ensuring robust systems are in place to assure delivery of contracted benefits.

-Use KPI data provided to accurately track and monitor contract and supplier performance, liaising with Supplier Relationship Managers if necessary and intervening where outside of agreed tolerance.

-Serve as the key point of contact between the supplier and internal stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreement is met and resolve any performance related issues when required.

-To work closely with Head of Contract Management & SRM as well as end-users to support translation of contractual matters, performance issues and any other contractual requests into realisable plans.

-This means proactively working to agree timelines with end users, helping to agree action plans together and following up as those plans develop.
