The Role

• MONDAY – FRIDAY
• Catering for over 600 students, high end, fresh food.
• High end hospitality
• Responsible for the day-to-day high-volume catering operation leading a large team
• Renowned contract caterer in Education

Key Skills

• Deliver exceptional levels of client care.
• The ability to run a kitchen, catering for high volume.
• Strong B&I or independent education background.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing the contract.
• Food is the forefront of what you do.
• High quality, fresh-food environment.
