The Role

Currently expanding as an acclaimed law firm, we are looking to place an experienced insurance paralegal to join our Northwest branches.

Excitingly, we are open to a salary of up to £30,000 for this role and the ideal candidate.

You will be joining an established personal injury team as a file handler, handling a litigated caseload of road traffic accident claims.

These files are on behalf of the defendant, so your clients are large insurance companies and car insurers, who you liaise with as a daily duty.

Candidate Criteria

• A background in personal injury within a law firm.


• Handled a caseload of road traffic accident - RTA files, open to credit hire.


• Exposure to litigation, file handling is desirable but open to assisting on litigated files.


• Understanding on Quantum negotiations


• Ability to liaise with defendant clients or third-party insurers.

To be considered, you must have a background in personal injury or insurance within a law firm.
