Customer Supply Team Leader – Nationwide Brewery -  Enfield, London – Up to £40k

My client is an Established Drinks Brand who are in the process of conquering the UK Beer market.  This client has a fantastic product range, exceptional company values and a thirst for innovation. 

They are seeking a Customer Supply Team Leader to join the team and support in all areas of the supply management.  The Customer Supply Team Leader will need to ensure ordering and invoicing is accurate, communicate with the customer supply manager and maintain fantastic relationships with customers.

  

The ideal Customer Supply Team Leader will have a passion for the drinks industry and progression, along with a background in ordering, processing and invoicing.

 

This role is a HYRBID role based in Enfield for 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve all areas of the Supply Chain system, from costing, invoicing to ordering
• Develop relationships with suppliers and provide exceptional customer support
• Build on new relationships and aid in efficient new business onboarding
• Delivering on export orders and support with shipping an documentation
• Support and deliver on Marketing plans – along with accurate communication
• Efficient processing of credit notes and returns.

The Ideal Customer Supply Team Leader candidate:

• Previous experience working within the FMCG industry on Supply Chain – controlling orders, invoicing and documentation.
• Experience in managing and leading a team, along with a strong team work ethic
• Excellent organisation and computer skills
• Administrative experience is required
• Understanding of the Drinks or Food FMCG industry
