Accounts Administrator/Accounts Assistant (1 - 3 years)

Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire

Salary: £20k - £24k per annum + Excellent Benefits

They are looking for a Junior Accounts Administrator to handle their administrative tasks, such as processing supplier bills, organising documents, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities:



* Process Supplier bills


* File and organise documents


* Answer phones


* Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Ledgers


* Maintain up-to-date and organised documents


* Check statements and VAT on invoices


* Enter invoices into accounting system


Requirements:



* Must have previous experience working as a Junior Accounts Administrator, Accounts Clerk, Bookkeeper, financial assistant, or in a similar role.


* Familiarity with Quickbooks is advantageous.


* GCSE Mathematics Grade C+ / Grade 4+ is necessary
