My client is looking for a strong CPU Production Manager to head up the production kitchen of this fantastic growing, plant-based, healthy grab-and-go concept.

The right candidate will be responsible for producing fantastic food, and influencing those around you to do the same will be your focus.

Excellent team management and organisation are crucial in this role.

 

Responsibilities of a CPU Production Manager:

• You will manage the team to produce healthy, fresh, and quality food to distribute between the various sites.
• It’s preferable that you come from a contract catering background with great financial acumen.
• Menu development, reducing wastage and labour costs, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of products are key parts of this role. 

The Successful Candidate:

• Hard working and hands-on, calm and thrives under pressure.
• You will be experienced in contract catering
• Energetic
• Excellent communicator
• Motivated and a strong leader
• Innovative/creative
• Craft trained
