Property Maintenance Manager

My client a small businesses in five locations across London.
Is looking for an experienced facilities management/property maintenance manager.

Manage and oversee the daily operations of 5 buildings comprising of 150 tenanted properties
Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met
Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of property information, tenant details, and maintenance history
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns professionally
Manage contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality work and cost-effectiveness
Maintain an organised office environment, including filing documents and managing paperwork
Manage the move in/ move out process
Agree dilapidations/deductions and handle deposit refunds
Manage refurbishment projects

Requirements:
Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills Previous experience in property management or a related field
Basic construction or property maintenance experience
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Customer relationship management skills to build rapport with tenants and address their needs effectively
Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Clean driving license
