Are you a talented and ambitious RTA Solicitor for an exciting new opportunity?

A Leeds based, reputable law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their Leeds team as an RTA solicitor.

As part of their dynamic practice, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of challenging cases while providing exceptional legal services to clients.

Working in our client's Non-Delegated Authority (NDA) motor unit, the role is to handle a caseload of mainly fast track litigated motor instructions on behalf of key insurer clients, from issue of proceedings through to trial.

There may also be a selection of non-litigated, small claims to deal with if they fall into the NDA remit.

This is a fantatic opportuntiy to work with a broad range of RTA issues within the firm's NDA unit, allowing you to progress and develop your skills as a solicitor.

The firm pride themselves on ability to put the client's needs first, tailoring their service to each client and advising them throughout the process from start to finish.

They also have a great working environment and are a supportive, friendly team who will help you progress your career in RTA.

The firm offer a hybrid working policy of 1 day a week in the office and promote a flexible environment when it comes to work.

They are ideally at solicitors with 1+ PQE but if you fall outside of these parameters and think you have the necessary experience, you are welcome to apply.
