Regional Sales Manager (Dairy Equipment)

Location: South-West, Wales, North-West or Scotland

Salary: £30k - £40k + Commission OTE £50k - £60k (Company Car, Mobile Phone, Laptop)

A leading dairy equipment manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organisation.

You will play a pivotal role in generating and developing new sales opportunities within the dairy industry.

Operating remotely and in direct collaboration with the dealer network

your role will involve defining and overseeing the installation of advanced dairy equipment.

This includes milking machinery, feeding systems, automated manure removal systems, milk cooling tanks, and health and fertility monitoring systems.

Responsibilities:



* Proactively identify and nurture new sales prospects in the dairy equipment sector.


* Convert sales leads generated from marketing efforts into successful deals.


* Provide comprehensive support to dealers throughout the pre-and post-sales process.


* Collaborate with the Sales Business Development Manager to shape and execute the regional sales strategy.


* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional sales support.


* Conduct presentations to potential customers and dealers.


* Interpret and communicate technical drawings effectively.


* Coordinate visits to headquarters for potential distributors and customers.


Requirements:



* Previous experience working as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.


* Qualification in Agriculture, Ag.

Science, or Agri-Business Management.


* Sales experience in the dairy industry, with knowledge of agricultural machinery (beneficial)


* Strong understanding of dairy farming practices.


* Ability to advise on building layout and design.


* Solid technical comprehension.


* Proficiency in PC applications, particularly MS Office.


* Full clean drivers license.
