Sales Team Manager

As Sales Team Manager you will be joining an award-winning Financial Services provider, with a reputation on providing no-nonsense customer service, are looking for a Team Manager to join a friendly and supportive team with ambitious growth plans.

This is a permanent, full-time role, based onsite near Thame, Oxfordshire, offering a salary of up to £40,000 DOE.

Working alongside the Partners, this is abrand new opportunity.

Your prime role will be to develop and manage the team to achieve success playing a crucial part in developing strategic growth plans.


Key Accountabilities for the Sales Team Manager:



  • Develop sales plans

  • Support the team to ensure sales activities are met

  • Support with all recruitment

  • Manage staff rotas, absence and holiday, keeping compliant records

  • Conduct performance reviews

  • Train, develop and coach the team to reach their potential

  • Implement and review individual and team goals

  • Manage office workload, process of work generated from sales

  • Conduct compliance checks and audits

  • Manage training and competency of all staff members

  • Identifying opportunities to deliver consistent results

  • Deliver on KPIs
