This is their first launch overseas and we are anticipating high volumes! The stunning site is based in a serious tourist hotspot, holds 120 covers at a time and is going to be serving some tremendous authentic cuisine with a modern twist!

The Ideal Bar Manager will:

• Hold a passion for Chinese cuisine, understand the products and how to balance the flavours
• Oversee the day to day running of the bar, stock management and ordering.
• You will be hands on and love the buzz of a busy service

• Have a genuine flair and passion for delivering an excellent guest experience
• Have experience working with quality products and have a good understanding of drinks menus
• Possess an open, engaging, and humble personality, whilst able to remain calm under pressure
• Have a background in training and developing the skills and knowledge of a Bar Team
• 2 years’ experience within similar Bar Management role

Salary:                 £40,000 - £45,000
