CAD Technician / Draughtsperson (Furniture & Joinery)

Location: Oxenwood, Wiltshire

Salary: Up to £40k + Excellent Benefits

Collaborating with a global network of skilled artisans and specialists they provide comprehensive design, manufacturing, and project management services.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CAD Technician / Draughtsperson to join their team and create detailed technical drawings from initial design to manufacture.

Youll work closely with projects team and cabinet makers, translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings for high-end furniture and joinery manufacture.

Requirements:



* Previous experience working as a CAD Technician, CAD Drafter, Draughtsperson, Draughtsman, or in a similar role.


* Must have 3 years of CAD drafting experience in the bespoke furniture industry.


* Familiarity with furniture and joinery construction techniques, as well as woodworking machinery.


* Background in joinery and cabinetmaking construction.


* In-depth understanding of materials, fixtures, fittings, and cabinet-making hardware.


* Proficient in 2D AutoCAD.


* Experience in SketchUp and SolidWorks (desirable).
