Location: London – Hybrid

Salary: £35,000

COREcruitment is working with a real estate company who are looking for an Administrator to join them! This role will be reporting to the General Manager.

The client is a fast-growing international business!

Key responsibilities:

  • Office management includes but not limited to billing for copier and printer rental, stationery & peripherals, utilities & electricity, and phone.
  • To set up the work processes of the back end support.
  • Company License, accreditations, certification, and membership renewal.
  • Assist in HR functions and conduct and process periodic and annual performance appraisal.
  • Work pass application for foreign employees and renewal work pass.
  • Project administration and documentation.
  • Upkeep and renewal of medical insurance, work compensation insurance and others.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
