A Local Authority in North London is looking for a Team Manager to join their Early Help Team on a locum basis, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £46 per hour.

Responsibilities of you as a Team Manager:

• To work as part of the Management team to deliver a high quality service to parents with children aged 0-18 by supporting families who are experiencing difficulties ranging from poor relationships, parental problems, anti-social behaviour, mental health, substance-misuse or domestic violence that may have an impact on the child's development and educational achievements.


• Participate fully in Children's Services OFSTED Inspection and other inspections as appropriate


• To Participate in management case audits and moderation meeting


• To contribute to the team learning and development activities, participate in individual and annual appraisal meetings and attend training supervision, team meetings and other development opportunities as and when required.


• To ensure staff training and development needs are addressed in accordance with the group policy having clear objectives and standards.
  
  All supervisees receive frequent and regular supervision within a reflective and analytical framework.

Requirements of you as a Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)


• A valid Social Work England registration

• Management experience
