Do you have inbound and outbound sales experience and are passionate about animals?

We have a lovely opportunity for a role based in Aylesbury for a pet insurance company.

Salary including OTE is £28K-£30K.

This is initially office based but then will go hybrid with 4 days from home and one day in the office.

The role involves.

• Dealing with inbound calls from customers to help with quotation and policies.
• Make outbound calls offering insurance quotations to existing customers.
• Make rapid and accurate cost calculations.
• Educating and informing customers so they can make an informed purchase.
• Upselling and cross selling to customers.
• Experience in consultative selling and closing.
• Ensuring you are regularly achieving set targets.
• Attend training, meetings, and company events.
• Accurately and regularly updating the database.

You will be confident and persuasive with strong negotiation skills and ability to manage objections.

You will also need to be highly numerate with a high degree of accuracy.

And very importantly, a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of animals
