Job Title: Chef de Partie

H&C Solutions are very excited to offer this amazing Chef de Partie role to become park of an exclusive team – working within a high quality casual dining restaurant – Michelin level! The restaurant is located within the super foodie area of Shoreditch! The restaurant is ran by two passionate hospitalians! One ensuring the smooth running of all FOH operations and the other, a culinary genius who pushing the boundaries within modern cooking techniques.

The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner and will be seat up to 100 guests at any one time.

Chef de Partie benefits:

• Offering a competitive salary ranging between £35,000 per annum.

• Flexible working rota, they can offer you a 4 or 5 day working week.

• Working a maximum of 45 hours per week.

• Working with an inspiration kitchen hierarchy.

• A maximum of 100 covers per service.

• 28 days holiday – paid breaks.

• Meals and uniform provided.

• Earliest start is 11am / Latest finish is 11:30pm

• Open fire cooking – creating unique dishes, inspired by the owners travels to South America.

Chef de Partie requirements:

• A Chef de Partie with a proven employment history having trained in fine dining, restaurant service led kitchens.

• All candidates should be self-motivated, career driven as well as been a great team player.

• A Chef de Partie who has previously worked in Michelin starred restaurants would be ideal but not essential.
