Occupational Health Advisor Nurse

Opportunity available for a Registered General Nurse / Occupational Health Nurse to work within the community team, Based in Luton

The team sits within the occupational health team with the role predominately delivering a comprehensive occupational health service to and Traded Services to support both employees and the employers to maximise health, attendance and productivity, whilst ensuring statutory obligations are met.

As part of this role you will be providing advice and support to managers and employees in all matters related to employee health and wellbeing, ensuring adherence to policies and current Legislation.

Key responsibilities include: case management of referrals, sickness absence meetings, report writing to Senior Management, liaising with other healthcare professionals, sign posting to external agencies, supporting rehabilitation into work, and facilitating ill health retirements.

You will be able to prioritise conflicting/demanding workloads to meet deadlines/SLA's and work in collaboration with Traded Service users and providers to maximise income generation opportunities

This role is to commence asap with the shift patterns being full time - Monday to Friday with Hours being flexible

The Hourly Rate for this role is: £28.00 Per Hour
