General manager

Our client has a stunning portfolio of flexible office spaces across London and they are continuing to grow.

The provide very high-end environments and services to a host of different client businesses and unite them by putting hospitality at the heart of all they do.

To support their growth we are looking for a General Manager who lives and breathes hospitality, customer services, colleague development and client relationships.

This is a fast-paced and highly innovative business with a very clear mission.

About the role:

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards are maintained within your building, creating an ideal workspace for all occupiers and an incredible team atmosphere for your colleagues.


  • Learn about all areas of your role, which include having knowledge of the groups values, your colleagues, your building, your clients and the local area.
  • Overseeing standards within your building, conducting daily walk rounds and clearly delegating tasks to your team to improve standards
  • Act as an inspiring leader to your team, leading and mentoring to ensure you get the most of your employees.

    Conducting team meetings, regular check ins and appraisal meetings
  • Conduct pre-move in meetings for clients, service reviews and during renewal meetings – you will be trained in our way of conducting these meetings
  • Ensure client onboarding and offboarding are a seamless process, creating an unforgettable impression
  • Having an understanding and involvement in all areas of the business, including sales, marketing, IT and HR, moulding you into a well-rounded employee
  • Work with the Finance Department to manage the P&L for your centre, creating a profitable building.
  • Maintain the safety of your building, ensuring the facilities management of the building is covered and continually updated.
  • Attend weekly Operations Meetings, giving you an opportunity and voice to make suggestions and learn about Operations with your fellow Business Managers
